No native simsimd module, so we are providing a JS fallback

Just updated to v3 using M4 MacBook Pro ... do you know what i would be getting -

It seems like your environment doesn't support the native simsimd module, so we are providing a JS fallback.

Do we have to install something first?

Just got this in the Opencode UI also -

I originally installed osgrep using bun. The error message persisted even after installing simsimd.

I then uninstalled osgrep and installed it again using npm. I also installed simsimd and it seems the issue has gone away.
