AWS Collector fails to DescribeEnvironments for Elastic Beanstalk #155
Description
The collector produces the following client error when trying to enumerate elastic beanstalks:
botocore.exceptions.ClientError: An error occurred (503) when calling the DescribeEnvironments operation (reached max retries: 4): Service Unavailable
