[Feature Request] Add ability for app to ask for and acquire root permissions #251
Description
I believe I remember seeing you say you're busy with schoolwork for the end of this year on another post (good luck), but I wanted to make this topic about adding root compatibility to this app as a priority so I can get real use out of it and stop using my old file explorer app.
I love the look and feel and most everything else about this app, but I can't give up the ZArchiver app because it's able to ask for root permissions.
As soon as the ability to use Magisk is added, I can quit ZArchiver (been using it for many years, needs to be updated but it's mostly abandoned). I'll be happy to donate to you when you get root integrated into it.
Please don't fail your classes because of this request!
By the way, if this is already officially requested on another topic, I guess just go ahead and close this one.
