The Heroku deployment fails because it violates the Salesforce TOS

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Deploy on heroku clicking the button here https://github.com/RSS-Bridge/rss-bridge

The error message is "We couldn't deploy your app because the source code violates the Salesforce Acceptable Use and External-Facing Services Policy." The deployment fails.
