WP-B: Reduce knowledge gaps and technical bottlenecks in conda-forge #2

📌 Summary
We want to apply the Diátaxis framework to conda-forge's user-facing documentation to reduce the big disconnect between beginner and advanced topics while discovering and addressing existing gaps in the knowledge base.
One known underdocumented area is the conda-forge compiler stack, which requires substantial research and adjustments to prepare it for public usage outside conda-forge.
Another area that could benefit from this effort is the build infrastructure and update automation. We want to improve the documentation status of the many moving pieces in conda-forge’s infrastructure and its resilience against the unavoidable drift and bitrot in aspects like supply chain security, access control, secret management, and disaster recoverability.
Documentation of our learnings and our processes for this work package will be shared with the larger open source software community by publishing at least two blog posts throughout this project.
