Does this have Microsoft Edge and other chromium browsers have screen flashing issues at horizontal display?

I have issues with preinstalled drivers by vendors of k20 pro. Does this driver have the same issues?

This error does not occur with these drivers and is largely resolved. Vertically, only videos cause tile problems.
