Issue Description

When I close Visual Studio Code (using File / Exit or the X), I get

Expected Behaviour

No error should occur (esp. since VScode is being shut down)

Note: both ms-vscode.powershell@2021.2.2 and ms-vscode.powershell-preview@2021.4.2 are installed by the latter is disabled.

Thanks so much for opening this issue and providing logs/repro steps....we will mark this as a bug
We may want to add a process exit event handler
