Issue Description
When creating a temp file, and changing the syntax highlighting to Powershell, the Powershell Integrated Console crashes and never returns. I have to delete the Untitled-1 temp file from my vscode workspace and restart vscode.
Expected Behaviour
The Powershell Integrated Console should not crash. It does not matter if the Untitled-1 is valid or an invalid Powershell command.
Actual Behaviour
Powershell Integrated Console crashes and it does not reload automatically.
