while the site mostly is offline-friendly in the case of the actual SQL, there are many resources which are retrieved from cdns in the internet

is there a plan to make this fully offline-friendly? or should the case arise for someone - that someone should use a program like httrack?

We're not actively working on the SQL Murder Mystery. We'd consider pull-requests as long as they don't demand more of our time than we can spare, and don't substantially impact the current experience. Or, or course, one can fork the project.
