Add support for braille cursor routing #73
Description
MathCAT added a call to allow controlling the navigation position from a refreshable braille display. This needs to be hooked up in the addon.
I noticed some routeTo functions, but I'm not clear how they can be hooked up for math. They are associated with Region and ObjectRegion.
