Allow user to select more than one vehicle for a job #62
Description
Current mission backend allows user to select one vehicle for a job when assigning them a mission.
In the future, it should allow the user to select backup vehicles for that job in the case the first vehicle fails and enters an error state.
This is a good feature to work on next year.
