main.ts in Tutorial 1 fails CI, tutorial runner

The tutorial runner for main.ts in tutorial 1 is broken

Martin suggests: maybe the tutorial runner is placing code blocks in a wrong way and causing this error

Docs infra changes will benefit from including Martin or Florian on PR reviews so that we don't break anything

I think this PR https://github.com/o1-labs/docs2/pull/709 might have broken it:
the PR changed code but didn't take care of line numbers
the tutorial runner CI job doesn't seem to have run on that PR? maybe someone from our team would have needed to allow it?
when merging it, it seems to have failed for the first time

Advice to resolve:

To resolve it, you look at the error message in CI, fix line numbers, if nothing helps go back to the working version and update it step by step.
It would be very helpful for that process if you're able to run the tutorial runner locally. I guess it's a bit annoying that it reinstalls everything from scratch each time

Okay, in below image if you will see we have already declared the publickey and private key for Deployer and Sender.

Line number 13-14:

Now, see here below. We are redeclaring it which is not required. Hence giving us error.

Line number 19-20:

Solution will be to remove the code on the line number 19-20 and see if there are any other similar issue further.
