M.Sc. Researcher in Medical Physics | Neuroscience, Data Analysis & Scientific Computing


🔬 About Me

I am a Master's student in Applied Physics to Medicine and Biology at the University of São Paulo (USP-RP) , where my research focuses on mapping cortical brain connectivity. My core passion lies at the intersection of physical sciences, neuroscience, and data. I leverage programming as a bridge to translate complex scientific questions into technological solutions.

My work involves:

  • 🧠 Integrating Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and EEG to investigate effective brain connectivity during motor tasks.

🌱 Learning & Collaboration

I am a lifelong learner and am always excited to explore new technologies and collaborate on challenging projects. While my current academic focus is on Python and MATLAB for scientific computing, I also have hands-on experience with a broader range of languages including C++, Java, and JavaScript. M.Sc. Researcher: Mapping Effective Brain Connectivity (USP)
My current research involves using TMS-EEG to map cortical connectivity. I apply multivariate autoregressive (MVAR) models and metrics like PDC/DTF to understand neural dynamics during motor tasks.
