The purpose of this is to run the tests automatically on PR to prevent regression.

@Murmele here is the tests being run now on PRs. FYI before I didn't realize that I had system installed Catch2. I updated it so cmake now downloads Catch2 rather than uses submodules. It wasn't documented before that you needed to initialize the tests
