Publish the types declaration file on @types

Any reason why the declaration file is not on @types? It would make it easier to use, as it doesn't have to be copied with the project.

Other than the additional hassle and time involved in going through https://github.com/types/_guidelines, none. I'll add it if there is demand for it, when I get time.
