Following up on Issue #11:
I have utilized
yaml.safe_load(file)to parse a limited set of configuration options from a.ymlfile.At this time, those options are
hardhat_parallelandoutput. If you are happy with the implementation I believe this could be extended to the remaining options with relative ease.
