fps for gifs or images? #361
Description
gifksi can do interpolation of video files to drop or add frames if needed. But it seems it can't do that when gif files are used as input (and does not complain either).
Right now, the only way to support transparent gifs in output, is to use png or gif input, since gifski does not support arcane formats like yuva444 for video.
It would be nice to have support for both frame interpolation and transparency. Is there no way to achieve this or am I missing something?
