setup: db config "has been successfully validated"

Describe the bug

At the "Database Resource" step, the wizard informs me "that the database itself does not need to exist at this time". But I've already created it and want to ensure its existence.

To Reproduce

1. Enter obviously wrong db credentials
2. Press "Validate Configuration"
3. "The configuration has been successfully validated."
4. 🙈

Expected behavior

At least a warning.
