v.0.7.2 - pandas 2.0 compatibility

Pandas 2.0 removed some Index classes that mbf-pandas-msgpack was importing,
but not actually using.

Fixed.

Python 3.11 compatibility

CI now builds python 3.11.
Since we were missing sdist from 0.5..0.7,
I've decided to push this as 0.7.1

v.0.5.2

Figthing the bitrot.... same as v0.5.1 just trying to get pypi updated with macos wheels.

Initial release - 0.2

ready for pypi consumption.
