[display] no display in import.hx

It seems like for import.hx files, all display modes fail with

Error: Display file 'import.hx' should not start with a lowercase letter

This is quite annoying because there's no completion for import / usage paths, but the problems already start with vshaxe not being able to generate a package statement using @package.
