Add calculating AUC for decoding (cosmo)

To calculate the AUC for decoding (in addition to the accuracy)
```matlab
[X, Y, T, AUC] = perfcurve(correctAns, probability, labelFor1);
```

It seems that lots of functions have to be updated to add this functionality.
