- Add +x to all shell scripts - Clone CodeQL repo only once - Do not provide the additional_pack ./codeql/misc during QLPack installation
Use right path to the extensions packs for each language
It depends on the BeanManipulation query but it has not been migrated yet
It depends on a patched version of the CodeQL repo to be compiled

- Add codeql prefix to pack's names so it more clear what they are when looking at the registry. - Replace _ with - in pack names and directories for consistencies
