"Report an issue" translations are not working. #836

Describe the bug
I have the full "application.po" translation but "Report an issue" content is still showing in English.
I assume this is a bug in the application.
To Reproduce
Current Spanish and Italian translations are already selectable on the on-air app.
1- visit the app
2- open settings and select a language
3- click on the "report an issue" button
4- see the content still being shown in English
Expected behavior
Our translated content should be shown in there.

I tried on Edge browser and the custom 344 debug versions the "run" script downloads. all the same. (on windows and on wsl for linux)
