Can I make a case for some extra fields in a burial record?

I have many entries in a register that record the occupation of various family members. Unfortunately, this information gets hidden within the notes rather than as a distinct field in the record. This is, I think, a shame as the information is available on marriage records, especially if, eventually, non-notes fields become searchable.

Further, following recent posts about Quaker burials, but including other non-CofE denominations too, could the religion of the deceased also be included as a field? Again, this information is hidden in the notes.

To be implemented we would need specific fields and definitions. Under the flexible format additional field are relatively easy to add but there really needs to be a genera l usefulness

Since we already have the occupations as separate fields associated with Marriages, adding occupations to parents of baptisms and subjects of burials would add to the utility of the Marriages data. Probably of use for historians rather than family historians, who would be content wherever the data is recorded.
Faith my feeling is that a historian interested in (for example) Roman Catholics buried in non-RC settings, would be able to take the dataset, filter out the RC settings, and then filter by all the synonyms for RC in the notes field.
I could ask the advisory board for their thoughts.
