Update footer with correct links

This is the new footer design.

I like the way you've put the main links in the footer. However, there is some repetition (Get Involved in Home but has its own section; Projects too.

This is the issue referenced in the title of this story: FreeUKGen/Systemwide#115. CSS volunteer @jayto581's demo is here: https://jayto581.github.io/FUG_Demo/. He could provide the CSS for this, which we can then tweak for our website.

I've made most of the updates I wanted to. but...

As you can see, the link in the legal text can't stay teal, but I can't see where to adjust this (thinking keep the text white but bold & italic, and on hover, replace italic with underline, still white). Could you do this @johnshaw1000 ?

Also, I tweaked the links, Accessibility and Donate aren't linked. Donate should go to the Donate page and Support us should go to Get Involved. When @kwheeler08 & @hotbeverage2017 bring over the Accessibility page we can link it.
