V0.85 - CPHS24 Exp

I used this version for experiments of CPHS24 results (submitted version), with hk1d_ros2/real-robot-experiments Release V0.85.
This is here done on branch bayesopt4ros/no_ros_bayesopt which works with ros2-humble, but also includes a notebook for no-ros bayes opt example.
