Darea

Darea (Deep learning-assisted replica image analysis suite) is a software for high-throughput analysis of freeze-fracture replica electron microscopy images.

Quick Installation

Install git, Conda (through anaconda/miniconda or miniforge) and Matlab R2018b or later. Download InstallOrUpdateDarea.m (rightclick -> "Save Link As") and place it in an empty folder. Open Matlab, navigate to that folder, rightclick on InstallOrUpdateDarea.m and select "Run". All other dependencies will be installed automatically.
