Added Brazilian Portuguese keyboard layout

What's new

• Added the BadUSB keyboard layout for the Brazilian Portuguese ABNT-2 keyboard layout configuration

Verification

1. Put the pt-BR.kl on the badusb/layouts/ folder
2. Start a BadUSB payload on a Windows computer with the Português (Brasil) - Português (Brasil ABNT2)
3. Select the Config option and select the pt-BR.kl as the keyboard layout
4. Select the Send option to inject the payload

Tested the new pt-BR.kl layout with these two test payloads:
