plugin: add zoxide

Description

zoxide is a smarter cd command for the terminal.

Motivation and Context

zoxide is fast, configurable, and feature-rich. In addition to bash/zsh/other shells, it supports a variety of programs like ranger, vim, etc.

How Has This Been Tested?

Wow, zoxided looks really great !

Installs on everything, can optionally use fsf when present, and imports from autojump and z.

I think I'm going to have to install this and give it a a go.

The init command matches what the project pays says to do, soo ...
