Normally, I would be for this change, but I am not sure Titanium Network is the best place to direct new people, partly due to their culture around people asking basic questions. New person: yo can I get help with X exploit? |

I am adding this message to the top of the readme. Titanium Network (despite its many flaws) is more preferable than these inactive discussions.
