create multiple headers from capture #1057

Description

@japhir

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm used to making capture templates with multiple headings, i.e.:

* meeting notes for %t
:PROPERTIES:
:CREATED: %U
:END:

** set agenda
** meeting notes from last meeting
** agenda
*** %?
** todos
** next meeting time

however, when I tried to add this as a capture template, it just added these subtasks as a description and not as new subtasks (see image below). It seems like they get captured as either plain text in the description or bold formatting (for the *** heading).
EDIT:
I went ahead and checked what the raw files look like on Dropbox, and there they seem to be allright.
The best workaround is: after running this capture, close organice and re-open it. It seems like the new headlines are added correctly to the plaintext back-end, and are parsed correctly when you reload the page. They just don't show up correctly on creation within the session.
Does this turn this feature request into a bug report?

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like lines in the capture template to be parsed as raw org content so that it allows for more flexibility, like the creation of additional headings.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Another workaround is to long-press the plus button on the notes from the previous meeting to duplicate it, then adjust the created date and timestamp in the headline, and then adjust agenda points manually.

Additional context
I've tried the 'prefer raw values' setting but this didn't change it there.
