Describe the change
We are adding a badge inside the Traffic Graph page that is labeled Network Traffic 'NT' (Or can change to Network Observability 'NO') next to the badge will be a hyperlink labeled Network Traffic (Keeping this, since it brings you to the Network traffic, so I think it best fits.) The link in OSSMC will filter and bring you if Netobserv is installed to the Network Traffic page topology for users to go further into debugging or looking at their nodes.
