feat(examples): add startup funding dashboard with funding round and industry insights.

This PR adds a new example dashboard to the examples/ directory that visualizes startup funding data across multiple dimensions:

• Total funding summary
• Funding distribution by industry
• Trends over time by year and industry
• Distribution of funding rounds

Key features:

• Interactive charts using Plotly
• Data table with filters and sorting
• Built using Preswald’s recommended data visualization workflow

Includes a sample funding.csv dataset and a streamlined hello.py script demonstrating how to build a funding analytics dashboard using Preswald.
