MSIX is a Windows app package format that provides a modern packaging experience to all Windows apps.
To install the app you will have to install the Security Certificate.

Install Certificate:

1. Open .Cer File (Security Certificate)
2. Click Install Certificate
3. Select Local Machine
4. Select Place all certificates in the following store
5. Browse and select Trusted People
6. Click Next and Finish

You can view the Certificate in the app Manage User Certificates under Trusted People.
