Fail2Ban item list enhance

Thank you community for Fail2Ban template, I have updated it to have more data extracted.

Updatd items look like this:
Fail2ban sshd - Banned IP List
Fail2ban sshd - Banned IPs - Current
Fail2ban sshd - Banned IPs - Total
Fail2ban sshd - Failed IPs - Current
Fail2ban sshd - Failed IPs - Total
Fail2ban sshd - Whitelisted IP List
Fail2Ban service is running

Here's updated yaml and agent conf file, discovery rule remains same
