hello, everyone.
currently , hot reloading for MCP operation files is not supported . as a result, i have to restart the Cosmo Router service every time the MCP operation files are updated to ensure the changes take effect .

Describe the solution you'd like

when MCP operation files are updated or added , they can be automatically loaded , and there is no need to restart the Cosmo Router.
