Detail WCAG 2.0 applicability to mobile technology. Promote current WAI work on mobile a11y. Share existing resources.

- Provide a starting point for those seeking info on mobile accessibility.
- Explain how the disabling nature of mobile technology can affect more than just those with people with disabilities.
- Summarize the applicability of WCAG 2.0 mobile, including native applications.
Address these user tasks:
- We're [updating our website | developing a mobile app] and want to know what we need to do to make it accessible.
- We're writing an RFP for [updating our website | developing a mobile app] and want to include conforming to mobile accessibility guidelines/standards in the RFP. Does WAI have mobile accessibility guidelines?_
