Cannot import local files

import '.vitepress/theme/xxx.ts' or import './vitepress/plugins/xxx.ts' is invalid (in .vitepress/config.mts), both editor and server said that cannot resolve the path. in .vitepress/theme/index.mts it will not error but the server would.
