Hi, I'm trying to run NetBSD in UTM (specifically NetBSD-10.1-evbarm-aarch64.iso as suggested in Advanced Programming in the UNIX Environment).
I selected Virtualization > Other. And kept everything the default.
It boots fine, but after selecting to install, I briefly see a wall of green text then it halts and I get no output. It simply says "Display output is not active" for over 15 minutes so far.
Any ideas what might be the issue, or how to resolve it? Anyone else getting the same result?
I am using UTM Version 4.6.5 (108) installed via Homebrew. I am running macOS Sequoia 15.5 (24F74) on an M2 Pro.
