I've already checked other Q&A, but it seems like a different issue. I'm unable to fix it myself.

I found the issue, the problem was that I renamed my app target from "CompanyApp App" to "CompanyApp" in Xcode.
This seems to have caused Skip to export my scheme for a single module, and not the app.

Changed it back to "CompanyApp App" and that solved it.

Thanks for following-up with the solution. Yeah, the issue is that Xcode gets confused when the name of the target and the name of the SwiftPM module are the same. That's why we generate the application target as "ModuleName App".

You should be able to rename this to anything you want, it's just that the target name cannot be the same as the module name. Ideally, skip export would be able to spot this situation and raise a better warning or error.
