Distribute Helm chart for splunk-otel-collector in OCI-based registry?

Could it be possible to distribute the Helm chart for splunk-otel-collector in a helm repository in an OCI-based registry, then as OCI images?

I see that many other providers/projects are using this as a standard way of distributing their Helm charts.
