Why Static Header Field ?

Header fields can be static strings, or dynamic HeaderNames.

I'm trying to say this actually (Why I can not use String or non static &str)

You can see which types can be inserted by clicking on the trait bounds for the insert() method: https://docs.rs/http/latest/http/header/trait.IntoHeaderName.html

You can either pass a static str (most likely constant at compile time), or you can create a HeaderName and pass that.
