We need to implement a few features to enhance the variety of challenges:

• Maximum Attempt Limit: Users or teams can only submit flags a limited number of times, as specified in the beast.toml file for each challenge. #371
• Paid Hints: Teams can spend points to receive hints. #372
• Chained Challenges: Completing a specific challenge will unlock the next part of the challenge. #373
