Feature Request: Presentation Tool: Edit toggle default OFF

When my users enter the Presentation Tool, the first thing they want to do is navigate to the page in the site that they want to edit (that is, they are rarely editing the home page).

This requires that the Edit toggle be manually turned off — every single time they enter the Presentation Tool. It's kind of silly.

Something like…
