Usually, auto-planning is a nice feature that prevent configuration drift in the end. However, sometimes, for large PRs affecting many resources / projects in parallel, it can really cost a lot of time. I'd like to have the ability to selectively disable auto-plan per pull requests. This could, for instance, work with an "ATLANTIS-DONT-PLAN" marker in the PR description or a well known label. That way, special-case PRs could be sped up by avoiding long planning times while the usual daily work is not affected from an always disable auto-plan feature.
