Hi, How can I publish the config?

I'm trying to get around this "RuntimeException" "This database driver does not support fulltext index creation."

I saw a post recommending update to the config.

I tried this... php artisan vendor:publish --provider "Recca0120\LaravelErd\ErdServiceProvider" --tag config
Error > INFO No publishable resources for tag [config]
