docs: translate strictmode production behavior explanation to korean (#1249)

# StrictMode 부분 활성화 동작 설명 번역 추가

React 19 공식 문서의 StrictMode 섹션에서 부분 활성화 시 프로덕션 동작에 대한 설명을 한국어로 번역했습니다.

## 변경 사항
- StrictMode에서 누락된 번역 부분 한국어 번역
- 기존 한국어 문서 스타일과 일관성 유지
