nanoCUL listen on c1 AND t1 possible?

I have successfully connected a Flowiq2200 Watermeter to my nanoCUL on auto:c1. Now I have another water meter from Waterstar M which communicates on t1 according to the specs (manufacturer says it can be set to c1 but they say you need an expensive ir dongle for it. Is it possible to listen to c1 and t1 simultaneously? I am on Homeassistant wmbusmeters integration. Thanks

Set the nanocul to c1 and it seems like it listens to both c1 and t1 at the same time. But the the nanoCUL is not a recommnded dongle.

It is set to auto:c1 but I don´t get any telegrams from the second t1 water meter. Thats why I am asking.
And why is it not recommended? Prior to buying it was mentioned a lot and its working fine.

The nanoCUL is limited in memory size, so it cannot receive longer telegrams that 148 bytes. If it works nice, if your meter sends longer, then they will not be received by wmbusmeters, you will find errors in the debug log. I have tested nanoCUL with c1 and t1, and it works for my meters. You have to set it to c1. Other than that you will have to request support from the nanoCUL sales/developer team. Sorry.

Ok thank you for your answer. Is the iU891A-XL a better option? Unfortunately I dont get any logs (errors or telegrams) from the second water meter on t1. Nothing. I thought it´s because it is on t1.

The iu891a is a very good option. Note that some meters only transmit during day-time and not night/weekends.

Ok thanks, unfortunately this is currently sold out. I´ve read there were some implementation problems with the iU891A? Are those resolved?

I logged a whole day and I did not receive a single telegram nor error from the t1 meter. The c1 is broadcasting regularly.

I finally managed to receive the Waterstar M. I reconfigured it with an IR adapter to C1, short telegram and 30s transmit delay (software and IR adapter was provided by the manufacturer).
