How do you setup an IDE for micropython developement?

I tried some LSPs for neovim togather with Bear, which should generate the JSON Compilation Database, but this didn't work for me. Also I tried the c/c++ extention from vscode, even I added every path including lib, py, ports/*, it just refuse to give me auto-completion, symbol checks etc. Any help are greatly appreciated! Thank you very much in advance!
