EDGE ISO's have been retired since LM 21.x, now the latest versions of LM already feature the newest officially supported kernel via the LM team, which is 6.8x to my knowledge. |

Optional - Notes
!!! Note !!!
The input form is not updated and I can't choose Linux Mint 22.x! Actually, Releases I have tested should be Linux Mint 22.1 Cinnamon!!!
After Update Manager updated all packages once finished the installation, I can't get in Cinnamon desktop again until I ask Grok AI and it suggests run following commands on command prompt after 1st run of Update Manager before reboot:
sudo apt install linux-generic-hwe-24.04
Then, everything work just fine with kernel updated from version 6.8 to 6.14 as below:
System:
Kernel: 6.14.0-24-generic arch: x86_64 bits: 64 compiler: gcc v: 13.3.0 clocksource: tsc
Desktop: Cinnamon v: 6.4.8 tk: GTK v: 3.24.41 wm: Muffin v: 6.4.1 vt: 7 dm: LightDM v: 1.30.0
Distro: Linux Mint 22.1 Xia base: Ubuntu 24.04 noble
I am not sure is it an official way to fix this similar problem. However, before the latest official Edge ISO available for Linux Mint 22.x, if you have hardware problem, hopefully, it's the only way you can fix it by yourself.
